i will be the guest chef at frugal foodies in berkeley tomorrow evening.
basically i designed a menu, the host buys the ingredietns and the guests cook it all up. fun fun fun!
the menu is
pistachio crusted tempeh w/ shitake gravy
roasted acorn squash miso soup
collards sauteed with black olives, capers and wine
apple tarts with walnut date vanilla crust
and one other dish i cannot recall at the moment :)
